Privacy Policy

Ozvelo (ozvelo.com) is a service that helps businesses schedule and publish social media posts and answer customer messages with AI. This page explains what data we process and why, where it is stored, and what rights you have.
What data we process
- Account information: your name, email address and business details (name, type, city, contact details).
- Accounts you connect: the ID and name of your Facebook Page and Instagram account; your LinkedIn profile or Company Page ID and name; the names and IDs of your Google Business Profile locations; and account identifiers for WhatsApp, Telegram, Bluesky and Mastodon. The access tokens we receive to act on these accounts are kept in a restricted table that cannot be read from the browser, are encrypted at rest by our database provider, and are never shown in the dashboard.
- Messages: messages sent to the messaging channels your business connects, the sender's identifier, and any name, phone number or email the customer chooses to share.
- Publishing data: photos, captions and schedules you create, the IDs of published posts, their like/comment/share counts, and your account's follower count.
How we use it
- To publish posts to your connected accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Bluesky, Mastodon) at the times you choose.
- To answer customer messages on your business's behalf and forward them to your team.
- To show you follower and engagement statistics.
- To send request notifications and, only to people who opted in, marketing emails.
- To operate the service, keep it secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data we receive from a platform is used only to serve the business that connected that account.
AI processing
To generate replies and caption suggestions, the text of a customer message and the information your business has added (products, Q&A, documents, instructions) is sent to Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude models. We use these providers through their developer APIs and do not opt in to any use of the data for model training. Data we obtain through Google APIs (for example Business Profile location details) is not sent to AI models.
Service providers
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (AI), Resend (email), and the platforms you connect: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger), LinkedIn, Google, Telegram, Bluesky and Mastodon. Data may be processed on servers in the European Union and the United States. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as your account is open. When you disconnect an account its access token is deleted immediately; when you delete a business or your account, all related data is deleted. See the data deletion page for how to make a request.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, and port your data. If you messaged a business, you can send your request to that business or to us.
Google user data
The Google Business Profile connection is used only with your consent, to list your business locations and to publish posts to the locations you select. Ozvelo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of this page and notify you by email of material changes.
